Customer Match and enhanced conversion measurement
We may use Google Ads Customer Match to advertise to, or exclude from certain ads, customers who gave their contact information directly to us through our website, by phone, by email, or in person. For this purpose, we may share customer email addresses or phone numbers with Google through its approved Customer Match tools. Google uses the information to look for matches with Google users and provide advertising services to us. We do not use purchased customer lists for Customer Match. We will use Customer Match only when the account is eligible and the information has been collected and shared in accordance with applicable law and Google policies, including consent requirements where they apply.
If we enable enhanced conversions or offline conversion imports, contact information you provide in connection with an inquiry or service may be hashed and shared with Google to help measure which ads resulted in inquiries or customers. Hashing changes the information into a coded form before it is sent; it does not make the data anonymous. We will use these features subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
When we share information

Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and for applicable business or legal requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
